Accounting
General Accounting/Bookkeeping tasks will be performed such as reconciling bank account(s) on a monthly basis, managing income and expense transactions, depreciation/amortization, and providing you with the necessary reporting to follow profit/loss trends. We will also provide Financial Statements for loan requests, re-financing, and so forth, and can be Certified/Audited at your request.
Tax Preparation
Our firm prepares returns for all tax types, whether Federal or State (Nationwide) individual/business income taxes, Federal or State (Nationwide) Payroll taxes, Municipal Property Tax Declarations, and any other related to your personal or business accounts.
Payroll
For businesses that have employees Payroll is a necessary duty in order to abide by state and federal mandates. This service includes the weekly processing of employee hours, wages, and making any changes to employee demographic as it becomes necessary, and ultimately printing of checks directly debited from company account. Each week you will also receive reports for each pay period printed. Direct Deposit, Electronic Tax Payment (ELFTPS), and Check Signing are also available.
Accounts Payable
For businesses that have multiple vendors/distributors for various company related expenses, this system is the solution for optimal organization. We will provide payments for any specific period whether daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annually, taking into mind any credits or changes to accounts that may occur, directly from your bank account. Take control of all your vendors and recorded payments with this service, where we receive the invoices, manage an account for each, and provide checks to you for payment by the prescribed due dates.
Accounts Receivable
This steadfast billing system will allow you to control all incoming payments, monitor any past due or accounts needing collection, while we process and send invoices/statements to your clients, and manage an account for each. Electronic processing also available such as: Automatic Clearing House (ACH), Customer Authorized Drafts (CADS), and NSF Check Recovery System.
