Follow your numbers being prepared by your accountant
Print reports, lists, financial statements, tax returns on going basis
Access your employees/vendors information
   (up-date this info as needed!)
Price: Fees Starting for all services at $100 monthly.

Online Package 2

(For anyone with bookkeeping Knowledge!!!!)
Do your bookkeeping under our monitoring, training, supervision.
Input your bank info: checks, deposits, etc
Print checks on your printer
Reconcile your bank accounts
Input all your cash expenses
Prepare your trial balances and financial statements
   
This is what you need for us to prepare your taxes or to bring to your accountant!
This results in at least 60% savings on your yearly accountings fees!!!

Price: $75 monthly fee

Includes your access to our inhouse system, QuickBooks software, plus 1 hour/monthly of training and support

A one year contract required!

Additional training is available for $65 per hour.

NOTE: Let us know if you need any other services not included: payroll, payables receivables, etc.

You would be billed separatelly for any other sevices: reconciliations, tax preparation, etc.
